This Privacy Policy explains how BeVIP LLC ("BeVIP", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit bevipclub.app, use the BeVIP app, or sign up for our text messages.
Who this covers
BeVIP provides a membership app to businesses such as medspas, salons and clinics ("Businesses"). When you join a Business's VIP club, that Business decides what information it collects about you and how it uses it. BeVIP processes that information on the Business's behalf. Please also read the privacy policy of the Business whose club you join.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, phone number, business name, and anything you write in forms or messages.
- Membership information: plans, credits, balances, visits, rewards and referrals.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Device and usage information: pages visited, app activity, device type and approximate location, through cookies and similar tools.
We do not want health or treatment details in the app. Please do not enter medical information in BeVIP forms or messages.
How we use information
- To provide and run the app and your membership
- To send account messages, reminders and receipts
- To send marketing messages when you have agreed to receive them
- To answer questions and provide support
- To keep the service safe and improve it

Text messages (SMS)
If you agree to receive text messages, we will text the number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help at any time.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with service providers that help us send messages, only to deliver the service.
How we share information
- With the Business whose club you join
- With service providers who help us run BeVIP (for example hosting, payments, messaging and email), under contracts that protect your information

We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep information while your account or membership is active and as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal requirements. Then we delete or anonymize it.
